Step 1:
Keep constant grip pressure
Concentrate on maintaining the same grip pressure throughout your backswing, downswing and follow through.
To reproduce the smooth feeling and action of your practise swing.
Step 2:
Breathe out as you swing
Set up, then take a deep breath and start blowing out air slowly through your mouth.
Listen to your breath, and continue exhaling at the same rate throughout your swing.
If you hit at the ball, you will interrupt your breath, as it is impossible to breathe at a constant rate if your muscles get tense.
Begin practicing with a pitch shot and then try a full swing.
Step 3:
Keep your mouth open
After you set up, open your mouth slightly, and keep it open throughout the swing.
If you hit at the ball, your facial muscles get tense and you will bite your teeth together.
Practice these tips and you will soon be swinging through for longer shots.

The hair knot, also known as a hair bun or chignon, is a timeless style that can be worn anywhere. Celebrity Hair Stylist Robert Steinken shows VideoJug how to create the perfect hair knot.
You Will Need
* 1 Brush
* 1 Coated Elastic Band
* 3 to 6 Bobby Pins
* 1 Hair Spray
* 1 Shine Serum
Step 1:
Brush
Begin by brushing to smooth and detangle the hair. While it seems obvious, this step is too often overlooked, resulting in those ever-frustrating bumps in your ponytail or updo. Try using a paddle brush with boar bristles; it adds shine to your hair.
Step 2:
Create A Ponytail
Brush your hair away from your face and gather it into your hand. Wrap a coated elastic band around your hair. Separate your ponytail into two sections and gently tug to secure the band.
Step 3:
Twist
Twist the hair of your ponytail from the elastic band to the ends. If you're hair is layered or prone to frizzes and flyaways, apply a few drops of shine serum to your hands before twisting to keep your hair smooth and sleek.
Step 4:
Wrap
Carefully wrap your twisted hair into a coil around the band. Use one hand to wrap your hair and another to hold the central part of the coil in place.
Step 5:
Secure With Bobby Pins
Tuck the ends of your hair under the knot and secure with a bobby pin. Place another bobby pin on the opposite side of the knot. Two pins works for those with fine hair but if your hair's thick, you'll need to use more.
Step 6:
Finishing Spray
Now that you've created the perfect knot…finish it off with some hairspray to keep it that way.

Everyone has heard about emo hair, its pretty hard to avoid it when the internet is plastered in photo's uploaded by young emo's trying to share their individual images. But it's quite difficult to find any advice on how they achieve these gravity defying hair sculptures. Well here is an easy to follow guide for boys looking for an emo haircut.
First grow your hair down real long, so that it starts to cover your face. If your starting from it being short it's going to be a pain, but, but use the experience to fuel some poetry or something.
Once it's long enough you need to wash it with a good shampoo and conditioner otherwise its gonna get easily damaged once you start straighening it.
If you've got curly hair you're gonna need to set the straighteners to a high temperature, but not too high or you'll just get noticable amounts of frizzy hair. And that's just so lame.
Then you need to sweep your fringe over to one side, so its covering one of your eyes, and style your side bangs to go past your chin, to form a frame for your face. This'll make your face look more slender, and just, well, just more cool.
Now you need to dye it all black, otherwise any colours you put in won't stand out as much as you're going to want them to. Now think of your fringe as like a canvas for you to, paint your emotions, or individuality on, or something…
You could use bright contrasting streaks of colour to try and convey they aggression you see in the world.
Now if you want, you could get some good styling gel and spike the back of your hair up. The media have labelled this the gunshot wound. It looks like this from the side, pretty, pretty sweet huh?
And there you are, now you look like a true emo boy, a mean scene kid or scenester, or like whatever, I don't believe in labels.

Here's how to paint a dinosaur-- with quite a mouth on it.Face painting is one of the most fun and popular activities on the children's party circuit today. Here's how to paint a dinosaur-- with quite a mouth on it.
You Will Need
* 1 Variety of colors of FDA-approved cosmetic-grade face paint; DO NOT USE other paints - they could be toxic.
* 1 Medium brush (Karina recommends #4 Round)
* 1 Detail brush (Karina recommends #2 Round)
* 1 Large brush (Karina recommends #8 Flat)
* 1 Foam makeup sponge
Step 1:
Prehistoric Paintjob
Our first step is to paint the outline of the dinosaur. The dino's mouth goes over the lips, so as your subject moves his mouth, so will the dinosaur! Using a big brush, paint the head around the mouth, then the tail curls up around the eye.
On a dinosaur's body, there's a very short front leg and a large back leg. So swoop the paint down to create the large back leg. Just paint the basic shape of the dino.
Step 2:
Mouth Off
Use pink paint and a finer brush, and paint gums just inside the dinosaur's mouth.
With white and a #2 or #4 brush, paint very sharp teeth. Then, with a very fine brush (a #1 is best) take black and outline the teeth.
Step 3:
Outline the Features
Staying with the black, we'll create a nose, nostrils, eye and a little bit of an outline.
For the nose, do a little half-circle for the nostril. Then for the eye, we want to make him angry. So paint a slash for the eyelid, then come under for the eye shape.
Then outline the entire dinosaur body in black. It's okay if your line is not even all the way around. Dinos have duck shaped feet, so keep this in mind.
To make the eye pop, we'll use white around the eyeball- then paint the eyeball with black.
Step 4:
Jurassic Details
If you'd like to continue, here are some more details. Take yellow paint and a larger, #8 brush and add some highlights to the body of the dino. Drag the brush so that you're blending slightly, and use a damp (but not wet) brush.
Sometimes, T-Rexes have stripes, so we'll add some stripes in black (or whatever color you like).
To make the dinosaur feel like it's in an environment, we can add some grass around its feet. And you can always add detail by giving your painting some highlights in white.

Emo hair is designed to reflect the personality and individuality of the wearer. So in this film we show you some great techniques for creating a totally unique emo hairstyle.
Step 1:
Colour
When you're styling emo hair, you need to decide what the main colour is going to be, and then choose colours for the panels and streaks that will complement it. For a real emo look, use a brighter colour on the inner layers of hair, so that it's revealed through the outer layers which hang over the top.
Step 2:
Cutting
One of the main characteristics of emo hair is that it is cut in layers of varying different lengths. The hair is often cut with a technique called point-cutting, cutting the ends of the hair at an angle rather than straight. Having an asymmetrical fringe swept over one side of the face is also typical of the emo look. When cutting layers into the hair, cut shorter layers on top to reveal the different coloured layers beneath.
Step 3:
Styling
Emo hair is almost always straight, so blow-dry the hair to take out any waviness or curls. Pull the hair quite taut with a brush as you blow-dry it, as this will help straighten it. Next, use hair strengtheners to straighten the hair even more, and make it look more compact and defined. Emo hairstyles often have lots of volume at the top and get thinner towards the ends of the hair. To give the hair more volume on top, back comb and blow-dry it near the roots. Use hairspray to fix the hair this way. Doing this with the head hanging downwards will increase the effect even more.
Step 4:
Fine-tuning the look
Next, use a hair wax to give the look more definition and shape. Style the hair so it is compact towards the ends, but still has volume at the top. Now you can experiment with these techniques to create exciting, new emo styles.
