Is this a proper way for a country to work, especially when Super powers like India and China are her neighbours. For heaven's sake, two things, they are doing all this for heaven's sake and for heaven sake, it should stop. The procedure, the process some intelligent person should implement instead of writing on paper. Drunkards are hardly able to reform a country with as much zeal and zest than a fully functional, qualified person.
Don't want to name anyone, don't want to scold - enough is enough. Time for action always awaits, it's matter of realization of the group.
