Ok, this website has 4,600 posts/webpages but, it is CARPPY

1. the look is ok! has far as header is concerned.
2. navigation is S---ty. definitely. no doubt about it.
3. too much in it. which should be presented innovat-ively. if at all, needs to presented.
4. the page takes a lot of time to load. 
5. useful, yes, it is v.v. useful if navigation and the too much stuff is taken care of.
