What's the big deal when you don't find something you could write about?

Sometimes writers come to these writing blocks. What's the issue in writers block. Let's suppose I'm writing using DVORAK keyboard layout it's a real PAIN IN the A**.

Speed on DVORAK is not more than 45 wpm for the moment it's really slow. So, that's the writers block.

Hmmm, What can I do can't think of anything interesting because I'm more like practicing typing which really has no real future than thinking. Where TF am I going.
