HOW HEALTHY WE CAN BE BY SWITCHING TO GREEN ENERGY

How to Switch to Green Energy -- powered by eHow.com

Video Transcript

"How do you think we should switch to green energy in a grand scale? Well you know Bruce, most people don't understand is that, in the United States, at least, and this is probably throughout the world, at least half the electricity is made by either burning natural gas or coal or some other resource that is limited.
The sun, the wind, is not limited and so what we need to do is switch over in a big scale to those resources. The other thing is that, saving energy is as important as making it. A lot of homes and businesses are very inefficient in how that there, insulated or how they utilize the energy that they have.
The other part of is how cars and trucks use fuel. I know that most cars and trucks could be converted to, run on natural gas and then we would, if we use natural gas for cars and trucks and used wind and solar for electricity, instead of natural gas, then we would still have enough natural gas capacity. How do we go green? I think the way we go green is every person plays a part.
And whether it's a small part by putting on a little wind turbine on their home or renewable energy system, like a solar system, or if corporations get involved on a grand scale, and start to make energy out of our renewable resources on a grand level, I think we all can play a part in turning our country and this world green."
